Rice
Indian Basmati rice steamed with herbs and spices. Vegan and gluten free.
Injera
Thin flatbread, soft and porous. Made with a mixture of teff flour, which is a staple grain from Ethiopia, often mixed with barley or wheat.
Berbere
Spice blend consisting of coriander, dill, nutmeg, cardamom, kalonji, fenugreek, ginger, garlic, and cinnamon.
Mitmita
A spice blend of sun dried birds-eye chili peppers, cardamom, salt, and fresh herbs ground to a fine powder.
Nitir Kibe
Clarified butter slowly simmered with fresh garlic, ginger, fenugreek, cardamom, and other fresh herbs.
